The following terms and conditions govern the Property Development Professionals Network (PDPN) on the Property Nexus website:

Use of the PDPN (By Visitors and Members of the Public)

The following terms apply to the use of the PDPN:

1. The PDPN is a facility allowing users (at no cost to them) to contact the listed property development professional businesses at their own volition and risk

2. Property Nexus makes no representations or guarantees regarding the quality or expertise of any of the businesses listed in the PDPN and bears no responsibility for this or any damage or loss otherwise sustained in relation to the services which these businesses provide users

Purchase of the PDPN Package (By Businesses listing on the PDPN)

The following terms apply to the purchase of the PDPN Package:

1. Only property development professionals can be included in the PDPN and they must be a professional relevant for inclusion under one of the development stages shown in the building picture on the PDPN which Property Nexus shall approve in its absolute discretion

2. No refunds are available once the PDPN Package has been purchased

3. Business websites to be linked to the PDPN are subject to review by Property Nexus for any offensive or other inappropriate messaging. You also undertake that you have the appropriate authorisation on behalf of your business to allow the business logo image and website link to the business website to be displayed on the PDPN

4. We can only start including your business in the PDPN once you have provided us with the logo image for your business and link to your business website and these need to be emailed to us at enquiries@propertynexus.co.uk
