Property Nexus is excited to announce a new opportunity available to members of our property network

We have recently signed up to the events website Fatsoma (https://www.fatsoma.com) as one of the new channels through which we are selling tickets to our property networking events and this provides us with a new feature allowing us to have representatives who can assist in promoting our networking events via Fatsoma and make a small commission every time someone buys a ticket to one of the events which they have helped promote

How do I become a representative?

The process to become a representative is as follows:

  1. You need to first register for a free Fatsoma account at the following website link: https://www.fatsoma.com/register

  2. Click on the link below which will take you to the Property Nexus page on the Fatsoma website: https://www.fatsoma.com/p/property-nexus

  3. On the Property Nexus page on the Fatsoma website you will see a button labelled ‘Become a rep’ which you will need to click on
  1. Property Nexus will then receive and be asked to confirm your request to become a representative and once we have approved your request then you will receive an email confirming this

  2. There are two alternative ways for you to then access your unique link which you can use to promote a Property Nexus event and also to access your representative ticket sales for that event:
  1. You can sign in to use the online Fatsoma representatives portal at the website link: https://reps.fatsoma.com/sign-in or
  1. You can download the Fatsoma app onto your smartphone and there is a ‘Rep’ tab in the app

How does being a representative work?

Each representative is given a unique link to each Property Nexus event which can be found on the online Fatsoma representatives portal (there is a ‘Promote’ button next to each event) or on the Fatsoma app (go to the ‘Rep’ tab). The link will track any ticket sales to the event made through it

You can email or send this link or share it via social media to anyone you know whom you consider would be reasonably interested in attending the event. Please do not send mass unsolicited communications with this link which are uninvited and could be considered SPAM

What commission do I get paid, by when and by who?

At present Property Nexus offers a £2 commission payable to representatives for each ticket sale made through their unique link to the event

This commission is available for the representative to withdraw 3 days after the date of the event on the online Fatsoma representatives portal when you sign in or on the Fatsoma app

The commission is paid directly by Fatsoma (not Property Nexus) to the representative within 7 working days of the date the representative makes the withdrawal

If for any reason the event is subsequently cancelled or an attendee who bought a ticket through the representative’s link is refunded then the representative does not receive a commission
