The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of each of the two Property Nexus Sponsorship Packages:

Event Sponsorship Package

The following terms apply to the purchase of the Event Sponsorship Package:

1. In keeping with the Property Nexus mission of promoting informal networking we do not allow sponsors to make any speeches or presentations at the events they sponsor

2. In compliance with data protection legislation and policies we do not provide sponsors with attendees lists or other attendee information for our events

3. We reserve the right to cancel any sponsorship at any time should a sponsor or their attendees carry out any unprofessional conduct or behaviour at our networking events and no refunds will be made in such circumstances

4. No refunds or transfers are available once sponsorship packages have been purchased

5. Business logo images, roller banners and descriptions of business offerings are subject to our review for any offensive or other inappropriate messaging. You also undertake that you have the appropriate authorisation on behalf of the business to use and display any such images, banners and descriptions

6. We can only start including your business in our marketing efforts ahead of an event once you have provided us with your business logo image and the description of your business offering

7. If you wish to take up the option available of erecting your business roller banner at the event then you must physically attend the event and provide your business roller banner as we do not provide this

Annual Sponsorship Package

The following terms apply to the purchase of the Annual Sponsorship Package:

1. In compliance with data protection legislation and policies we do not provide sponsors with attendees lists or other attendee information for our events or any other information relating to members of our property network

2. We reserve the right to cancel any sponsorship at any time should a sponsor or their attendees carry out any unprofessional conduct or behaviour at our networking events and no refunds will be made in such circumstances

3. No refunds or transfers are available once sponsorship packages have been purchased

4. Business logo images and descriptions of business offerings are subject to our review for any offensive or other inappropriate messaging. You also undertake that you have the appropriate authorisation on behalf of the business to use and display any such images, banners and descriptions

5. We can only start including your business logo image on our website once you have provided us with this image
