Property Nexus provides an exciting opportunity for businesses who wish to become sponsors and promote their business brand to the 10,000+ contacts of our leading UK property network!
We see this as a great way to allow members of our property network to further promote their businesses but in a way that is non-intrusive on the attendees at our events allowing us to still maintain our informal networking format without any speeches or sales presentations
We now offer two options for sponsorship – our Event Sponsorship Package and Annual Sponsorship Package. The benefits and cost of each of these packages is provided below
Event Sponsorship Package
Benefits
(1) Your business is the exclusive sponsor for a single networking event
(2) Your business logo image and a short description (of up to 150 words) of your business offering is included in the multiple weekly emails advertising the event which we send to members of the Property Nexus Property Network (comprising thousands of contacts spanning London, Birmingham and Manchester) in the lead up to the event
(3) Your business logo image and a short description (of up to 150 words) of your business offering is included on the event advertisement page displayed on the Property Nexus website. The logo can also be made as a clickable image to link directly to your business website
(4) Your business logo image is shown on the event advertisement picture included in our social media posts to our Property Nexus Property Network in the lead up to the event
(5) The option for your business to erect a standalone roller banner at the event
(6) Up to 4 tickets to the event for your business staff or guests (worth £160 for London and £140 for Birmingham and Manchester)
Cost
£250 (no VAT charged) per London event
£200 (no VAT charged) per Birmingham or Manchester Event
£400 (no VAT charged) per BIG London event (i.e. our Pre-MIPIM or Summer Boat Party events)

Annual Sponsorship Package
Benefits
(1) Your business logo image is displayed on the Property Nexus website homepage as one of our proud sponsors for a period of 12 months. The logo can also be made as a clickable image to link directly to your business website
(2) Up to 4 tickets to every Property Nexus networking event for your business staff or guests for a period of 12 months

How to Purchase
The Event Sponsorship can be purchased via the tickets section on Eventbrite for the specific event you wish to sponsor. You can find details of all our upcoming events by clicking here
To purchase the Annual Sponsorship please email us at enquiries@propertynexus.co.uk and we will provide you with an invoice from Property Nexus together with our bank account details for payment

Terms Applying to Sponsorships
The following terms apply to all sponsorships:
1. In keeping with the Property Nexus mission of promoting informal networking we do not allow sponsors to make any speeches or presentations at the events they sponsor
2. In compliance with data protection legislation and policies we do not provide sponsors with attendees lists or other attendee information for our events
3. We reserve the right to cancel any sponsorship at any time should a sponsor or their attendees carry out any unprofessional conduct or behaviour at our networking events and no refunds will be made in such circumstances
4. No refunds or transfers are available once sponsorship packages have been purchased
5. Business logo images, roller banners and descriptions of business offerings are subject to our review for any offensive or other inappropriate messaging. You also undertake that you have the appropriate authorisation on behalf of the business to use and display any such images, banners and descriptions
