Pre-MIPIM Property Networking Drinks Event February 2024

Property Nexus (UK property network) are extremely excited to be holding our inaugural pre-MIPIM* property networking drinks event at Sway Bar in London on Tuesday 27th February 2024

We expect this to be an epic networking event providing an opportunity to establish connections and to get a head start on networking in London before the MIPIM 2024 property conference takes place in Cannes in early March. Although this event is focussed on MIPIM attendees we also still welcome any non-attendees

The event will provide you with the opportunity to meet in-person other attendees from the property industry and to make new contacts and business leads. At the event you can expect to meet a wide range of professionals within the property industry, construction and other built environment sectors, including:

property agents
architects and interior designers
building and quantity surveyors
project managers and facility managers
structural and highways engineers
planning and property consultants
property, planning and construction lawyers
property investors and financiers
property developers and asset managers

There are NO sales presentations, gimmicks or other catches at the event, just pure property networking! The event is informal, friendly and relaxed allowing you to mix and talk with other attendees

Sway Bar is a bar located in the heart of Holborn in London which is an extravagant and beautiful place with an excellent atmosphere. We have a large private area booked for our event, the Club Room which is a perfect space for our networking event. The closest tube station is Holborn on the Central Line. The Club Room is located on the lower ground floor of Sway Bar

There will be a limited amount of drinks (including wine, beer and water) available from the start of the event until this runs out (so don’t come too late!) and then a private bar available should attendees wish to purchase additional drinks at their own expense
