Property Nexus is excited to be holding its first Birmingham property networking drinks event at The Royal in Birmingham on Wednesday 18th September 2024

The event will provide you with the opportunity to meet in-person other attendees from the property industry and to make new contacts and business leads. At the event you can expect to meet a wide range of professionals within the property industry, construction and other built environment sectors, including:

property agents
architects and interior designers
building and quantity surveyors
project managers and facility managers
structural and highways engineers
planning and property consultants
property, planning and construction lawyers
property investors and financiers
property developers and asset managers

There are NO sales presentations, gimmicks or other catches at the event, just pure property networking! The event is informal, friendly and relaxed allowing you to mix and talk with other attendees

The Royal is a classic pub conveniently located in Birmingham city centre. We have a private area booked for our event, The Prince Albert Lounge which is a cosy space perfect for our networking event. The Prince Albert Lounge is located upstairs at The Royal

There will be a limited amount of drinks (including wine, beer and water) available from the start of the event until this runs out (so don’t come too late!) and then a private bar available should attendees wish to purchase additional drinks at their own expense
