The following terms and conditions (which are in addition to any terms and conditions stated on the ‘Become a Networking Events Representative’ page on our website: https://propertynexus.co.uk/become-a-representative/) apply to anyone who is approved by Property Nexus and acts as a networking events representative via Fatsoma to promote sales of tickets to Property Nexus property networking events:
- Being a representative does not entitle anyone to hold themselves out as formally representing Property Nexus or having any authority to make statements or otherwise act on its behalf
- Property Nexus in its absolute discretion reserves the right whether to approve or to withdraw or remove anyone as a representative at any time
- Property Nexus is not liable in any way for any statements made by or the actions of a representative or any damage or loss caused by their statements or actions
- Property Nexus in its absolute discretion reserves the right to change the amount of commission offered to representatives for a particular event at any time
- Property Nexus is in no way liable to pay commission to representatives or for any errors in commission paid as this commission is paid by Fatsoma directly to representatives (and not paid by Property Nexus). It is also the responsibility of representatives to withdraw their commission via the Fatsoma website when this is available 3 days after the event without delay
- Property Nexus reserves the right to completely remove or withdraw or otherwise modify the representatives system offered for Property Nexus networking events at any time
- Any representative shall only email, send or otherwise communicate their unique event link to persons they know whom they consider would be reasonably interested in attending the event. The representative is not entitled to send mass unsolicited communications with this link which are uninvited or could be considered as SPAM
- In addition to the above terms and conditions, any representative is also subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Fatsoma which operates the representatives system which are available on their website (https://www.fatsoma.com)
