With over three decades of dedicated involvement in the built environment sector, my journey began with a national drainage company. As I honed my skills, an innate capacity to innovate and accumulate knowledge steered me toward a career progression through civils and into the realm of building maintenance.

A decade into this voyage, I found myself not only gathering insights but also actively contributing to the growth and success of other companies. It was during this time that Glenn Thompson and I decided to establish Advance FM, marking the genesis of a transformative chapter ensuring our ethos of the client comes 1st.

The past decade has been a whirlwind of evolution and hurdles, propelling us from ground zero to the thriving entity we are today. For both myself and the Advance Group, these years have been marked by significant changes, challenges, and triumphs.
