All purchases of the Property Nexus 2025 London Annual Networking Pass through this website or through Eventbrite, Meetup or Fatsoma are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Which events does the pass allow attendance of?

The pass allows attendance of all Property Nexus networking events held in London in the 2025 calendar year including our largest annual networking event which is our Pre-MIPIM event in February 2025. It does not allow attendance of Property Nexus networking events held in other UK cities

2. Number of events

At this time we have planned 8 networking events to be held in London for the 2025 calendar year

If for any reason we hold less than this number of events then the passholder will be entitled to request from us a refund of part of the annual networking pass fee which shall be calculated proportionately with respect to the number of events which are less than this number of events (so for example if we hold only 7 events then we will refund £18.75 for the 1 event not held (which is one eighth of the total £150 annual pass fee)). Any such refund shall become payable at the end of 2025 upon receiving a written request from the passholder and any such refund requests must be received no later than 31 January 2026 or such refunds will no longer be available. We will under no circumstances refund any booking fees charged by Eventbrite or other booking sites through with the annual networking pass is purchased

3. Dates for events

We cannot confirm or advise of any set dates for our networking events as we plan each event only a month or two ahead depending on venue availability and it is your own responsibility to ensure that you can attend the events as the dates of these events are announced and no refunds will be provided where you cannot attend any of the events

4. Who can use the pass?

Each pass shall be allocated to one named individual within a company or organisation (which shall be the person who is stated as the attendee when purchasing the pass) and is not transferrable to be used by any colleagues in that company or organisation unless prior notification in writing is provided to us by the named passholder ahead of any event. This is to allow us to prepare name badges and attendees lists ahead of each event and to also maintain a list of passholders who will receive automatic entry to our events

5. No refunds or transfers

We do not offer any refunds for the annual networking pass fee nor do we provide transfers of passes to our events held in 2026 or other future years

The only exception where we will make a partial refund to passholders is in the specific circumstances set out in section 2 above where due to our own actions we do not hold any of the expected number of events
