Property Nexus is excited to be holding our London City Property Networking Event at Be At One Bar Liverpool Street on Tuesday 14th January 2025
Join us for this our first event of 2025 and for the first of our series of London City events which will be holding in addition to our regular London West End events
At the event you can expect to meet a diverse group of professionals from the property industry, construction, and other sectors within the built environment, including:
architects & interior designers
surveyors
property & estate agents
project managers & facility managers
structural & highways engineers
planning & property consultants
property, planning & construction lawyers
property investors & financiers
property developers & asset managers
The event is informal, friendly and relaxed allowing you to mix and talk with other attendees and make contacts and business leads. There are NO sales presentations, gimmicks or other catches at the event, just pure property networking!
Be At One Bar Liverpool Street is a stylish and modern cocktail bar located in the heart of the City of London. We have a private area booked for our event, The Loft Room which is an intimate space perfect for our networking event. The closest tube and train station is Liverpool Street. The Loft Room is located on the top floor of Be At One Bar Liverpool Street
During the event, a variety of beverages such as wine, beer, and water are provided initially until they are all gone (so be punctual!). Later, a private bar is accessible for attendees who want to buy extra drinks at their own cost

Property Nexus is excited to be holding its second Pre-MIPIM Property Networking Event at Core Bar on Tuesday 25th February 2025
We expect this to be an epic networking event as this is our largest annual event and at our first event in 2024 we had over 200 attendees!
The event will provide you with an opportunity to establish connections and to get a head start on networking in London before the MIPIM 2025 property conference takes place in Cannes in early March. Although this event is focussed on MIPIM attendees we also still welcome any non-attendees and it is a great opportunity to meet a large number of people from the UK property industry at a single event

Core Bar is a vibrant bar located in the heart of the City of London which offers an inviting atmosphere. We have a private area booked for our event, The Cocktail Lounge which is a large space perfect for our networking event. The venue is conveniently situated walking distance from Mansion House, Bank and St Paul’s stations. The Cocktail Lounge is located on the ground floor of Core Bar
